Title: Problem with resolution NVIDIA RTX 2070

Hi forum members, new in town but not to linux.
I have a problem i can't solve, my resolution is 1920x1080 but i gan only get it to1024x768...i instaled the nvidia tool, but when clicked it wont start. Tried about anithing i can think off.
here is my result of inxi -rGsS

I do not follow Nvidia much.  Since you are in stable, depending on how new your video card is, you might need the Nvidai propriertary blob.  The nvidia tool scoops up the latest straight from Nvidia, but you can get a Debian Nvidia blob. 
Try the Debian wiki for the Debian Nvidia info. .  Work beckons bye.
