Hello all.

I am attempting to use rofi in my bspwm exploration. I can get it to run and work without difficulty. It is FAAAASSSSSSTTTT!  :o  What I am seeking are tips & pointers from anyone with experience(s) to share. TIA. I will post  a bunch of things I have found in the 'wild' soon.

Tiling.

For those who do not know what rofi is  (I did not)

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Rofi   NOTE: Do not blindly follow what is in Arch Wiki, period.  It is great for information - one of the most updated wikis around.  I note that it will replace dmenu (part of suckless-tools)

You do not mention your environment - testing versus stable ...  1.5.1-1  buster - sid.

As alway for small niche items  irc can help.          For anything tiling, the first thing that comes to mind is the configuration files.

and git

Can you post these sorts of things in the future?   It is part of letting people know what you have searched for and also helps to build the SparkyForums as a place that people might look at.

peace out,

Search forum for "More info easier via inxi"    If requested -  no inxi, no help for you by  me.

Sparky i3 desktop contains our rofi config, feel free to play with it.
