i Want a full-encryption with the minimalcli how can i do it?

The Advanced Installed which is shipped with the minimalcli does not support disk encription.
Use minimalgui and Sparky Installer (Calamares) to encrypt your disk during installation.

Ok but can you plz have it supported in the future or so cuz i am like useing fakeroot. :) I am no mess around with root its no good.

If Device Encryption isn't enabled or if you want a more powerful encryption solution that can also encrypt removable USB drives.
for example you'll want to use BitLocker. Microsoft's BitLocker encryption tool has been part of Windows for several versions now.
and it's generally well regarded. However, Microsoft still restricts BitLocker to Professional, Enterprise, and Education editions of Windows 10.
