can we add tleds to sparky repo? As far as i've understood it's only for sid and squeeze

Can't be, sorry.
It's for Squeeze - too old.
Sid's package is for m68k CPU only.

I can't find the package in Ubuntu or Debian repos.

according to ubuntu manpages it's a 1997 project whose site is -oddddly- offline;
there's this github link for a modified version of the project https://github.com/leonid-shevtsov/tleds
and i could find this deian repo, where is a tar.gz as well http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/t/tleds/
and there's an rpm as well which maybe alien can install

The package is installable on testing even it came from Squeeze so I added it to sparky repo.

Tomorrow ill pump my machines!

Now I only need a guide on how to replace keyboard leds  :P
