I have downloaded sparkylinux-6.3-x86_64-xfce to try and faced the next problem. For layout changing I use "Caps Lock to first layout; Shift+Caps Lock to last I...", but that is not work.
Other keyboard variants of layouts changing work well. Additionally I installed i3wm and in it "Caps Lock to first layout; Shift+Caps Lock to last I..." works fine.
Also on Sparky 7 my switcher works as usual.
Fortunately, my issue is solved. Cause is a bad usb stick from which I ran the Sparky. After three times rewriting iso image to the usb stick the fourth is right.
