Title: Pepper Flash Installer doesn't working

PepperFlash installer seems broken due present apt update.
tux@z50:~$ LANG=C sudo update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install --verbose
options :  --install --verbose --

Some chatter on the siduction forum recently about google changing where to download from

from DeepDayze post near end.
