How can I upgrade stable to semi rolling 6.6.?
You seem to have no idea what you're talking about. (https://i.imgur.com/Zaes50z.gif)
Sparky 6.6 'Po Tolo' (
debian 11 'Bullseye') is the
stable release of debian.

To clarify I downloaded and installed the Sparky semi-rolling version. but now I seemed to have the stable version. What can I do to get the semi-rolling version?
So what exactly Sparky version you have?
Show an output of:
cat /etc/os-release
PRETTY_NAME="SparkyLinux 6.6 (Po-Tolo)"
NAME="SparkyLinux"
VERSION_ID="6.6"
VERSION="6.6 (Po-Tolo)"
ID=sparky
ID_LIKE=debian
HOME_URL="https://sparkylinux.org/"
SUPPORT_URL="https://sparkylinux.org/forum/"
BUG_REPORT_URL="https://sourceforge.net/p/sparkylinux/tickets"
So you downloaded and installed Sparky 6.6.
If you want Sparky rolling, you have two options:
1. download and make fresh installation of Sparky rolling
or
2. upgrade Sparky 6 to 7 following the wiki guide:

Thanks for your answer!! You have helped me very much.
