After the update I'm unable to clear Parcellite.

It looks like it something wrong.
Wait a while, mayby Debian devs changed something and it will be fixed soon.

Quit "Parcellite" and enter this command

Quotekillall -9 parcellite
Quoterm -fr ~/.local/share/parcellite/history
