There is an open thread dealing with this issue:

https://forum.sparkylinux.org/index.php?msg=18273

 But I have a feeling, he's NOT going to do anything at all to solve it.

Cheers !!

➤ Want to know how you can use a program you have never used before? "man" will be your best new friend! Type "man <pkg-name>" in a shell.
➤ Or, point your browser to "manpages.debian.org/<pkg-name>" .... RTFM !!!

Thanks pavroo. I appreciate your epic work to keep Sparky Linux alive.

Since my last post I have solved my problem.

Anyway for all folks that will have problem with sddm login theme after sddm upgrade to sddm 0.21, I will suggest to use the follow theme that works great

https://github.com/JaKooLit/simple-sddm-2
Do not forget to make this theme default as follow :

Add the the follow line

Current=simple-sddm-2-master

under [Theme] section in both files

/etc/sddm.conf.d/kde_settings.conf  and   /etc/sddm.conf :  editing these files as sudo

In my case I edited with mousepad as follow :

sudo mousepad /etc/sddm.conf.d/kde_settings.conf
sudo mousepad /etc/sddm.conf

Thanks pavroo. You are really great man.
