Kde Plasma 6.2 update disaster

My Kde Plasma theme is broken completely after today's update.
I cannot reverse it back using Timeshift. I cannot change theme to default. It is disaster. Login theme is broken. Breeze themes are not working.

I always support Sparky because it is Polish distribution but I am done now. I have to go back to Tumbleweed.

Had you the patience for testing which can break, break again, twist, churn the mouth to a slanted horizon as you slap that mouse, before getting sorted, today's packages continued the drip-fed upgrade to run KDE 6.2.3
Running no probs.
