Sparky Repositories

Dear Team,
Thank you for a great Distro.
While trying lot of Ditros I stumbled upon Sparky.
I observed that Sparky seems to have one of the best Repos for applications.
But I noticed there is an app which was significanttly out of date.
App I am referring to is "warpinator"
Can someone share who maintains these repos and how to report such anamolies?
Installed version is Sparky 8

This is fresh install of Sparky 8 with removal of b43-fwcutter and installation of broadcom-sta-common (did not work) followed by broadcom-sta-dkms which worked.

warpinator install failed. I installed python3.12-full to see if this resolves install error for warpinator. Tried to install again. Same error.

Error when you try to run command using terminal, I see below error:

Can you consider updating freefilesync in repo from freefilesync/testing 12.4-1 amd64 to 12.5, please?

I don't manage freefilesync, it is in Debian repos, sorry.

Remove it:
