Hi everyone,

After some upgrades my sparky laptop start told me I have some packages I don't need anymore and I that I can remove with apt autoremove, and I did it.

I noticed I stopped receiving kernel upgrades. uname -a ---> Linux xxxxxxxx 6.2.1-sparky-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Sat Feb 25 12:36:16 CET 2023 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I lose also the sparky programs.

My question: Is there any package or metapackage I can reinstall In order to have my sparky lxqt bookworm in shape again? Or how to clean my mess in repos?

The ones I tried says I already have them installed.

Thanks for reading and future help.

It's strange...
Make sure you have installed 'sparky-apt', 'sparky-keyring' and 'sparky-info' packages.

Thanks for the quick answer Pavroo,

Should I send your or post here my /etec/apt.sources.list and list.d or any other ile or info to help?
I can tell you that I have not anymore that program on menu I used to install programs,  Forgot the name was APT something?aptus?

First one returns E Can't locate it
E: No se ha podido localizar el paquete sparky-apt

While the other 2 returns both are installed in their last version
sparky-keyring ya está en su versión más reciente (20200204).
sparky-info ya está en su versión más reciente (6.6~20230203).

Looks like you lost sparky repos, so show me:
cat /etc/apt/sources.list
cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/sparky.list
And, to make sure, have you Sparky 6 or rolling (7) installed?

I installed the lxqt sparkylinux, later I tried to update the repos when I saw that bookworm was released, probably that provoked the remove of the sparky ones.

I think you hitted the key no sparkylinux repos

:~$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ bookworm main contrib non-free
deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian/ bookworm main contrib non-free
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian-security/ bookworm-security/updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian-security/ bookworm-security/updates main contrib non-free
deb http://deb-multimedia.org bookworm main non-free

## Other repos can be found in /etc/apt/sources.list.d directory ##

:~$ cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/sparky.list
cat: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/sparky.list: No existe el fichero o el directorio
(File or directory does no exists)

Looks like you removed sparky repos so put it back:
sudo echo "deb [signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/sparky.gpg.key] https://repo.sparkylinux.org/ orion main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/sparky.list
sudo echo "deb [signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/sparky.gpg.key] https://repo.sparkylinux.org/ core main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/sparky.list
Make sure you have sparky keyring installed:
wget -O - https://repo.sparkylinux.org/sparky.gpg.key | sudo tee /usr/share/keyrings/sparky.gpg.keythen:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install sparky-apt sparky-info sparky-keyring
then again:
sudo apt updateCheck the wiki page as well: https://wiki.sparkylinux.org/doku.php/repository
