Strange behaviour with visualization of windows elements after upgrade

Hallo All.
It'ss my first time in this forum so please forgive me if I have not drafted the support request flawlessly (for example, I would have screenshots to show the behavior I am experiencing but I did not understand if and how I can attach them).

I am experiencing this problem with Sparky XFCE (although I think it is not DE dependent).
I have newly installed the latest version of Sparky XFCE semi-rolling release (2022.07) on an Asus notebook.
The installation completed successfully without any evident misbehavior.
Unfortunately, immediately after performing a system upgrade I noticed this strange behavior that appears on the bars and on the menu but also on each window when it is moved.
They al appear as blurry or sort of pixelated.
I think it is not the DE because in this notebook there was Sparky LXQT 2022.07 semi-rolling installed and it had the same problem, so much so that I thought about switching to XFCE hoping to fix it.
Could you help me?
Thank you very much

P.S. here after the output of command sudo lshw -short

First thing I would try is:-
Settings>Window Manager Tweaks> Compositor> Uncheck 'Enable display compositing'
Then Settings>Window Manager>Advanced>Hide Content of Windows> Check 'When moving' and When resizing'

Do remember that the semi-rolling is based on Debian Testing which is not perhaps the ideal starting point as it is still in flux with updates and fixes that may or may not be coming from Sid (Debian Unstable).

The GeForce G 105M card should be covered by the nouveau driver, but is supposedly supported by the Nvidia 340.xx drivers. So you could also try installing the nvidia-legacy-340xx-driver. This can be done through Synaptic. No guarantees and if it goes horrid a reinstall is normally the quickest solution.

Thank you for your answer.
I applied the settings you indicated above (the first was already unchecked, the second only bypassed one of the problems) but without finding the clean solution to the problem I was hoping for.
Then I installed the nvidia driver and actually the problem never came again after rebooting the system.
I must therefore deduce that the first system update I made after the first installation brought an unstable version of the novueau driver at least for my HW configuration.
Is it possible to retrieve the version of this driver contained in the installation iso and the one present in the system after the system update?
Anyway thanks again for your availability.

UPDATE:
I just found that XFCE can no longer recognize external monitors once connected to the notebook via the HDMI port.
I think it depends on the only change made so far to the video card driver (going from novueau to nvidia).
In fact, if I load the latest Sparky XFCE ISO via USB stick and then connect the external monitor to the HDMI port, it is recognized immediately so I can configure it.
I also tried to manually enter the parameters of the external monitor using the Settings Editor but without success ...
How can I overcome this problem by keeping the nvidia driver (assuming this is the source of the problem on recognizing external monitors?).

Thanks again

install nvidia-settings-legacy-340xx - this utility allows you to configure displays.
