<SOLVED>sparkylinux 6 64 & 32 bit update problem

when running system upgeade , gui password , gui upgrade comes up and i click ok , terminal starts then goes away then it starts a loop  gui upgrade, terminal , gui upgrade, terminal , and so on.
so i ran in a terminal:
  sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade --no-install-recommends
and this is what i get :

it is asking for an answer i typed n
in a previous install i typed yes aand lost all my icons on my right click menu (jgmenu) and half the icons in the submenus

and there is missed repo as well, if you are using Debian Bullseye repos, you should use Sparky Po Tolo reps as well:

  :-\  i don't know what i was thinking.
i used the wrong script i have an Apt-Cacher NG server.
