Grub not displayed

I recently began using Sparky.

One issue I have is that the grub menu isn't displayed when booting.

Also, when I run /usr/sbin/grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cf, it doesn't detect other OSs on the system (they're on a different SSD).

The way I have it set up is I have bios/legacy (rather than EFI) installs of Manjaro and Xubuntu on /dev/sda and a bios/legacy install of Sparky on /dev/sdb.

I have Manjaro's grub menu active in the MBR, and I have two entires in /boot/grub/custom.cfg for Xubuntu and Sparky, so I guess that's what you call chain-loading.

When I select Xubuntu from Manjaro's grub menu, it displays Xubuntu's grub menu, which is installed on /dev/sda2, which is what I want. When I choose Sparky, it boots Sparky without displaying Sparky's grub menu, which is on /dev/sdb1.

Any ideas?
