[Solved] Easy way to upgrade from series 5 stable to series 6 stable

I saw the wiki link "Upgrade Sparky from 5 to 6"
Is this the only way or is there an easy way from Aptus coming? or I have to do it according to the link.
Reason for asking: I can do this, but for a lot of newbies this might be way too difficult.
