python 3.7 transition

This only affects Sparky5
Not yet here.  It is happening in Sid, we will see it start to arrive probably in a few days.  They are finding the easy to find bugs up in Sid.  And if they do arrive here, please check the Debian Bug Tracking system before posting if possible.

My naive reaction was "Is this a development branch."  No, it is not. 
https://docs.python.org/3.7/    3.7 is the next stable branch.
