I want to change the color of the text on the panel at the bottom of my screen (specifically the window list) no option to set it, so the text just kindof blends into my background, i would much prefer to keep the thing transparent because i like the look of it, is there any possibility that i could just lighten the text a little bit?

also i was going to add a screen shot but i cant for whatever reason.

Should be, but what panel and desktop do you have?

I'm running i think LXDE.. and the panel i don't know.. why does it not allow me to post images?  it'd be so much easier if i could just post an image then me trying to explain things lol

If you'd like to post image, upload it to any free image hosting, and past a link to your image here.

Anyway, right click on the panel, go to Appearance tab, then choose a background or a color.

@ow346
A link to your screenshot should be to a pic, with png, jpg, jpeg, etc. on the end of the file.
I fixed your screenshots now.
