After 12 months of upgrading lxqt sparkylinux i'm just wondering are there any benefits, in regards to any added inclusions, in undertaking a clean install occasionally? Or is the outcome identical?  :-\

If the new version comes with some kind of new features that you cannot upgrade or install, and that are an absolute necessity for you, or new stuff that you just must test, by all means make a reinstall. But if it does not, and your upgraded install works without any problems, to your satisfaction, I see no benefit whatsoever of reinstalling. :)

This is of course just my opinion. ;D

Thanks blaze. Is there any list of whats available in a totally new version, as compared to an upgraded one? A changelog of sorts?

There are package lists of every edition and version available on sourceforge server.
