Out of frequency range

Just did a live install to a USB drive.  Seemed to go well.
However, when I boot from the USB I get the Sparky splash scene then blank with all three monitors showing an "out of frequency range - set to 1600 x 900" error message and the system is non-responsive.

Need some help.
