Flat volume fix in Sparky?

Hi out there first post for me in this forum.  I have a quick suggestion regarding flat volumes in Debian.  I come from using Ubuntu Mate for a few years where this wasn't a problem.  Once I loaded Sparky XFCE I noticed weird volume issues.  Specifically when opening Kodi or VLC.  The OS volume goes to max.  Not a huge deal but annoying.  Some quick research shows that editing the /etc/pulse/daemon.conf file to the following:

flat-volumes = no
deferred-volume-safety-margin-usec=1

Any chance to make this fix standard in Sparky like it is in Ubuntu??

Thank you for sharing; it seems that these lines have been included in that /etc/pulse/daemon conf file. I simply had to remove the semicolon (or ";") so that instead of remaining a comment, we have our fix
