We have the great app GIMP for linux.

And we have sumoware app which needs a web-browser with flash enabled - with internet.

This app seems to be better than GIMP.

Just checked - the free version is limited but Pro version I suppose not expensive at $9/year
I use https://krita.org/ , just as good

Krita is available in Sid repos so enable Sid repository and install it.

alsa there's something wrong with dependencies even if i activate all of sid's repos..
i fear i outta wait...


EDIT
i ahve tried the opposite wayu:
enabled stable repos and installed krita
just................ i had to remove two libraries, but pc hasn't exploded yet...
and now that i've removed the stable repos, i am not asked to install them
