Sublime & Atom installer

When I saw `steam` and `tor-browser` applications in Aptus's list, I was happy. But it would make me and many people happier if Sublime Text 3 and Atom Editor were also on the list. Please add them if possible.
I'm a newbie in this forum, so I'm not quite sure if this is the right sub-forum to post in.

Maybe I am wrong, but can't find a license of the Sublime text.
Looks like it is a close source, commercial appliaction with an activation key to buy.
If yes, it can't be added.

I can't find the Atom Editor, past a link to the project page.
