obconf in the 4.0 lxqt 32bit edition

I downloaded and installed sparkylinux-4.0-i586-lxqt.iso. Had some trouble setting my desktop as the openbox configuration manager would not open from either the menu or a terminal. I used synaptic to reinstall obconf which did not work. I then completely deleted obconf with synaptic, and did a fresh install of obconf, which did not work either.

I finally ended up using synaptic to delete obconf again, then went to pkgs.org and downloaded and installed obconf_2.0.4-2_i386.deb. This worked for me.

Just thought I'd share a solution. I am looking forward to lxqt getting their panel polished. I just can't see how the lxde lxpanel can be beat.
