Did you try to log in to the PayPal using their main page? Is everything OK?

I can login to My PayPal account if I get up a new browser window. Just noticed that the address that comes up is PayPal US - wonder if that makes a difference ?

OK if I go to home page and click on donate button I get this but if I put My email address and password it won't log Me in and I get message "You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money." But I don't need funds My account is set up to pay by credit card.

I think you should type an amount you want to donate before typing your email address and password.

Sometimes I have to be logged into PayPal (on another tab) before a donation link works correctly.

Or security settings, plugins and add-ons, like limiting third-party website references, browser cache look-ahead, or local storage. But is this still an issue? The OP was back in October ...
